Originally approached to fix dry rot in the basement, the project began as a problem and became an engineering masterpiece. Even more distinguished is that through the three month project, Jason cared for his first-born son, who accompanied Dad in a Baby Bjorn to work everyday while he project managed this outdoor addition.
